Ocotillo is a Master planned Community located in South Chandler, approximately 25 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix, and approximately 7.5 miles or 10 minutes driving time from the I-10 Interstate Freeway at Chandler Boulevard. Phase I of the development is bounded by Queen Creek Road on the south. Phase II is bounded by the same east-west arterials with Ocotillo Road, the approximate north boundary, and Chandler Heights Road the southern boundary.
